Cooking Classes

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, chef Edurne Andre has agreed to teach our cooking classes virtually.  Recipes and zoom connection information will be Chefsent out in advance allowing participants to gather ingredients so they may cook right along with the chef.  (No refunds will be honored after the recipes are sent out.) Chef Edurne teaches cooking classes at Clark College and Portland Community College  


Holiday Gifts From the Kitchen There is nothing better than getting some great cookies or homemade creation for the holidays, gifts made with love.  We will be making some classic cookies like shortbread, Austrian lebkuchen, brownies in a jar and marinated feta.
