Cooking Classes

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, chef Edurne Andre has agreed to teach our cooking classes virtually.  Recipes and zoom connection information will be Chefsent out in advance allowing participants to gather ingredients so they may cook right along with the chef.  (No refunds will be honored after the recipes are sent out.) Chef Edurne teaches cooking classes at Clark College and Portland Community College

We will be traveling throughout Italy for this meal, starting with a Sicilian citrus salad, then a Zuppa d’Orzo from Trentino (Barley Soup) a simple but always good Chicken Piccata and a creamy risotto with asparagus.

Tamales Tamales are not just served during Christmas; they are a staple of any Mexican celebration.  Learn to make fluffy tamales.  We will make red and green tamales, as well a sweet tamale and the traditional drink that is always served alongside tamales, atole.
