Eligible Recipients must be an organization working with hospice and palliative care patients and families in southwest Washington with a State certificate of need. Currently the following organizations in southwest Washington are eligible for funding from Friends of Hospice Southwest Washington.

NW Kaiser Permanente Hospice & Palliative Care Services
Ray Hickey Hospice House and Richard Nau Hospice House
Eden Healthcare
