Enjoy the cuisine of various Tropical Caribbean Islands, and learn to make
Jamaican Trident Soup (Coconut, Pumpkin, and crab soup)
Rice & Peas from Trinidad
Sancocho from Puerto Rico (Beef and Pork Stew) or
Dessert – a Flambe Pineapple
and a very refreshing Coquito or Coconut Sweet drink

Unusual Salads – Cooking Class

We tend to get stuck with the same old recipes for many things, but especially with salads. Learn different salads with unusual ingredients but great flavors, just in time for the summer.
We will start with
Peruvian quinoa and cucumber salad
Mexican corn and avocado salad
Millet salad with herbs, and,
Spanish Tomato Ventresca Salad (Ensalada de tomate con ventresca de atún)

Greek greens served on Toast
Stifado (one of the most famous Greek dishes), a beef stew with spice warmness,
Lamb Souvlaki (the versatile lamb often used in Gyros), and
Tatziki
